Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Mix-Ins:

  • ½ cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Ice Cream Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract using a spatula. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Step 2: Add Mix-Ins

  1. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips (if using). Be careful not to overmix, so the air stays in the whipped cream for a light texture.

Step 3: Create the Fudge Swirl

  1. Warm the fudge sauce slightly until it becomes pourable but not hot.
  2. Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
  3. Drizzle half of the fudge sauce over the ice cream, then use a knife to gently swirl it.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture and the rest of the fudge sauce.

Step 4: Freeze and Serve

  1. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
