For that we r going to use fresh ginger and lemon.
Where as ginger water may help promote weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. ginger has a significant effect on body weight and belly fat (waist-to-hip ratio).
They have an anti-obesity effect , helping food to digest faster and stimulate the body to speed digested food through the colon.
Lemon water can promote fullness, support hydration, boost metabolism and increase weight loss. However, lemon water is no better than regular water when it comes to losing fat.

? Help Control Weight. Lemons are often promoted as a weight loss food, and there are a few theories as to why this is.

So lets start the making of the ginger and lemon tea.
1. Fresh ginger
1. Wash the ginger and keep it a side.
2. Now we need to grate the ginger along with the skin.
3. Place the saucepan on the stove add 2 cups of water to it and add 2 tablespoons of grated ginger and slice 1 full lemon add the slices directly to the water.
4. Add few peppercorns or 1 teaspoon of pepper powder to it.
5. Let it boil for 5 to 10 min on medium flame.
6. When the water starts boiling low down the flame and smash the lemon slices with spoon and filter the tea into cup and serve hot with a lemon slice in it.
Thus our simple and best remedy for losing the body weight and this drink helps u to cure soar throat , cold and cough, it reduces the fever and helps to keep your body warm during the cold months . drink this tea in the mornings and in the night it helps to keep the body warm .
