Today I am going to Show You How to Prepare 3 Simple Juices to reduce the high blood pressure.
We are going to prepare a few juice recipes to keep ur sodium levels low by using beetroot as the main ingredient because beets are the ultimate blood purifier. They increase RBC and lowers blood pressure.
Juice no: #1 Beetroot and Apple Juice
To prepare this magical blood pressure reducer drink we need:
1. Beetroot- ½
2. Apple ? 1 small
3. Celery seeds- 1 teaspoon
4. Ginger- ¼ inch
6. lime- ½
7. Tomato- 1
8. Water- ¼ cup.
1. Peel the skin of the beetroot and cut into pieces.
2. Now cut the carrot, tomato, apple into small pieces.
3. Add them to the blender jar and next add the ginger pieces and finally add water and blend into a fine juice.
4. Add celery seeds to it and blend again.
5. Transfer into serving glass and add lime juice to it.
U can drink this juice daily 2 ? 3 times as we have used all nitrate-rich veggies and anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Juice no. #2 Coriander and cucumber juice
To prepare this celery and cucumber juice we need:
1. Coriander- 1 bunch
2. Cucumber- 1
3. Coriander ? few
4. Garlic- 1 clove
5. Beetroot- ½
6. Lemon- ½
7. Water- 1 cup
1. Chop the coriander and add to the blender jar.
2. Peel the skin of the cucumber and cut into pieces and add to the blender jar.
3. Add the beetroot pieces to it and blend them all.
4. Finally, add coriander, garlic and some water blend them into a fine juice.
5. Transfer into serving glass and squeeze half lemon juice in it.
6. Consume this drink at least once a day to keep ur sodium levels low.

Juice no. #3 Beetroot and orange juice
To prepare this juice we need
1. Medium beetroot -1
2. Orange -1 large sized
3. Pomegranate seed- 1 cup
4. Lemon- 1
5. Water- 2cups.
1. Peel the skin of the beetroot and orange. Cut the beetroot and orange into pieces.
2. Deseed the pomegranate and add them to the blender add beetroot and orange pieces also.
3. Blend them into fine juice by adding 2 cups of water.
4. Transfer into a bowl using a sieve or filter. now pour into serving glass and add lemon juice to it.
Consume this drink daily at least once in a day at ur comfortable time as this drink helps to lower ur sodium levels and helps to keep ur heart healthy.
