A major controversy that has many nutritionists and scientists at war with each other is how to lose weight.
There are quite number of possible factors that are argued that cause weight gain.
By eating too much fat, calories or carbohydrates.
Today i'm going to share with a simple remedy for the major problem weight loss. Weight loss is easy and manageable, but you have to be patient.
Ingredients:-
1. Okra ? 3
2. Cucumber ? 1/2
3. Ginger ? ½ inch
4. Lemon - 1
5. Salt ? According to Taste
Preparation:-
1. Wash the okra and pat dry with an absorbent cloth
2. Cut the tips of the okra and cut into pieces.
3. Peel the skin of the cucumber and cut into pieces.
4. Peel the skin of ginger and wash it. Chop into fine pieces.
5. Now add all these to the blender jar and blend them into fine juice.
6. Now add the lemon juice and salt to it.
Along with this juice in the morning add regular exercise to your lifestyle to see effective results soon.
