To prepare this weightless drink all we need are:
? Bitter Melon - ½
? Pineapple - ¼
? Pear - 1
? Celery Sticks - 2
? Lemon - 1
? Wash all the products well. Cut the celery sticks into pieces This greatly helps to maintain a healthy gut, improve digestion and reduce bloating. Celery juice also increases your body's ability to break down protein and fat. Oftentimes, the protein and fat we eat go undigested in our stomach and just sits there to rot. Now add them to the blender jar.
? Remove the skin of the pineapple. Pineapple juice contains an enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme is found in the juice of pineapple and helps in metabolizing protein, which in turn helps burn away the excess belly fat.

Consume this drink daily in the morning on an empty stomach as Ur first thing and it will helps u to cut ur excess body weight from the body.
Don?t consume bitter melon while pregnant or breastfeeding. anything in excess is harmful. So, stick to the recommended dose. Try it, drink it and stay healthy.
