Today i am going to Show you how to Make NEEM JUICE for WEIGHT LOSS.
Neem leaves are a great medicinal and herbal food source for curing a number of health problems.
It is used to treat infections, skin problems and problems associated with kidneys and liver due to its anti- bacterial and anti- inflammatory properties.
Another common use of neem leaves is to lose weight. Many people eat neem leaves or mix crushed neem leaves with honey to form a paste.
But it will work effectively when it?s taken with a proper diet Drinking neem juice on a regular basis will help you achieve a clean stomach and will improve your metabolism.
Neem aids in the breakdown of body fat, which helps keep your weight in check.
You can prepare neem leaves juice for every day consumption that will help you lose weight with a proper diet.
For this we need
1. Neem leaves - 1 kg
2. Water - 5 ltr
1- Add 1 kg of neem leaves to 5 liters of water.
2- You can follow the ratio if you want to prepare small fresh batches every day
3- Let the leaves soak overnight.
4- Grind the mixture in the morning and strain it using a thin cloth.
5- You can prepare a week?s batch before hand or prepare fresh juice every day.
? Do not over consume to avoid any problems with diarrhea. Since it contain high fiber number inside.
? Stop consume the leaves if experience any itchiness, redness skin or similar symptoms. It might be a sign that you are allergy to this leaves.
? Do not continue consume the extract if feeling nausea or dizziness. It might be a sign that the product may poisonous or expired.
