This moringa juice is all in one remedy for weight loss, for good eye sight, make the bones healthier, reduces the BP, preventing and treating cancer, helps in healing the wounds, reduces headaches. Making this moringa this juice is simple and tasty too. Mainly it is not bitter.
? Moringa leaves - ½ cup
? Water - 1 cup
? Honey - 1 tbsp
? Lemon juice - 2tbsp
? Wash the moringa leaves and blend them by adding 1 cup of water.
? Strain the juice into a bowl and add lemon juice and honey.
? Stir the juice till the honey dissolves completely into it.
? Now transfer the juice into the glass.
? Consume this juice with break fast or meal but don?t consume on an empty stomach because moringa is strong herbal potent and natural laxative. so, it is better to avoid drinking moringa juice on an empty stomach.
? Pregnant women should never consume moringa in any form like juice, powder or capsules as it increases the risk of miscarriage.
? Never consume the root of this plant because they are higly toxic.
