3 Days Healthy Indian diet chart for diabetics
Diet and life style habits are major cause for the beginning of diabetes. being a diabetic doesn't mean you have to give up on eating good food. It defines in the choice of healthy food. the foods that are rich in proteins, calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin C ,A,E.
Healthy diet chart for diabetic patient:
1 cup tea + sugar free biscuits
Break fast :
oats /muesli + 1/2 cup skimmed milk
2 egg whites +2 slices of multi grain bread.
1 orange /cucumber/apple
1 bowl of salad +2 phulkas +1 bowl of subji+1 bowl of dal
Dalia khichadi + subji+ 1 bowl of non fat curd
1 cup of green tea + 2 sugar free biscuits (Or) 1 bowl of sprouts.
1 phulka +1 bowl subji+1 bowl dal
grilled chicken/fish/+1 bowl of salad
wheat grass water + 5-6 almonds soaked overnight in water
2 vegetable uthappam with sambardal + 1glass juice of your choice
1 plate poha with a cup of lemon green tea.
2 multi grain roti +1 bowl brown rice+1 bowl dal or rajma
roasted chana helps in keeping the blood sugar in control
1 bowl veg pulov made of brown rice + 1 bowl green vegetable
1 glass green leafy vegetable juice +1 fruit
2 spinach chapati + 1 bowl low fat curd
1 bowl sprouts salad made of green gram sprouts ,cucumber, lemon juice+ 1 bowl veg soup
2 wheat chapati +1 bowl chicken sabji+1 bowl of pulses +1 bowl of low fat curd.
1 bowl of cranberries/1 cup boiled corn
1 bowl salad +2 wheat roti+1 bowl sabji +1 bowl curd
By planning your diet in this manner you can control your blood sugar levels and you can stay healthy by eating healthy and also tasty food.
