I'm not completely sure why I got so enamored with meals in a bowl, but for quite a few years now I've been making assorted bowl meals with cabbage slaw, cauliflower rice, or spaghetti squash as the bottom layer, and interesting combinations of meat and veggies layered on top to finish the bowl. I absolutely love this type of dinner, and for this round-up I looked through the archives and picked what I think are the 10 Low-Carb Bowl Meals You'll Make Over and Over!
And one reason I'm pretty sure that you'll find some bowl meal ideas here that you'll want to make more than once is because some of these are my absolute favorite dinners, things I make often and even make for guests. You don't assemble the bowl until you're going to eat it, so some of these also work perfectly to eat some now, take some for lunch the next day, (unless you have a big family who eats it all in one meal!)
There are a few bowl meals here that use the slow cooker, one that uses the Instant Pot, and a few that don't need anything except a stove.
